Delores Chesney is not new to the  industry, she is not new to HSE within the business world. She has spent the last nineteen  years providing and insuring customer requirements are met by building software applications and providing training.  She has a degree in Computer Science and has been working in various aspects of business since 1988, including emergency medical services, banking and medical insurance.  She has maintained positions as System Analyst, Programmer, Supervisor and Manager.  She understands the impact of not having a Superior Safety Program in place at each job site.

Her involvement in the business world has led her to respond to the need for Specialized Skills in the HSE Industry.  She believes that DST Service Inc can provide you highly skilled and trained personnel who will ensure our goals of “Zero Incidents, Zero Accidents and Zero Injuries” is reached and maintained.
